If you can buy the Crew 2 and it costs you 456000 rial, I have to say it's really cheap...As it's only about 10 dollars
Anyway since the Crew 2 is a relatively new game it is very hard to find cheap keys. Russian retailers like YUPLAY (Not Upaly!) and GAMA-GAMA all have discounted price for the Crew 2 keys (Uplay keys of course). These keys costs less than 30 dollars, but you need a find a way to buy and active the key.
If you can't find a way to buy Russian keys, you can check out other retailers like Green Man Gaming, Humble Bundle Store, Voidu or so, they have discounts from time to time

I've recently played The Crew and actually enjoyed that shitty game play and physic :)) but it's a free trial because i did forget to add it when it was free from UBI.
i wonder could it go free again? or is there any giveaway?
P.S: Actually i cannot buy the game actually. because of the Political/Economical boycott of america, the price of games are increasing daily in our country. for example if i want to buy the crew 2 it will cost me 456/000 Rial for a 60 bucks game. in another way it will almost cost me half of my monthly salary.
