Chat doesn't work

Rules say "Be active in the forum/chat", but I can't enter to chat :( Tried in Opera and Firefox. Nothing happens after I press OK in message about steam.

It is the steam group chat. Open Steam, join the steamgifts group, and then join the chat through steam.

you probably have no steam in the computer you are using.
