Try to send him an email if it's a key or send the gift by mail if it's a gift. You are low lvl, so he might have just taken you for a bot and ignored you.

Well you're gonna have to prove to SG that you've actually sent the gift (in case of any problems, of course) and as they can't check your history you actually do need the screenshots. Also, considering Steam's recent buggyness (yesterday it refused to send some stuff for me and so on) I believe it's smartest to do it right away.

steam services may sometimes be unavailable temporarily (so that you can't trade, can't see the market etc.), but i never heard that they lose any data. i think the inventory history is pretty safe. ;)

Hi! Im new on steamgifts! I have a few games in my picket for giveaway. I made two giveaway as tryout to see how this system works with contribution level.
Minutes after the winner was rolled out I've added him on steam + sent him a msg since he was offline to contact me when he comes online.
Since Im streaming for hours I cant focus on checking my steam friendlist in every minutes and I saw he was online meanwhile but zero reaction from him.
Two days passed how long should I wait for a response? Or should I roll for a new winner? Im not sure how the system works and I dont want any punishment or negative effect on me cause of this delay. Or i should just send the gift blindly and hope for the positive feedback from a guy who cant react on steam? o_O
