None of the games make me want to buy this even if I don't consider the price which is another story altogether. Agreed they offer more games than the avg bundle but 8$ is a bit high for me as USD is not really my primary currency :(

They are jumping on the bandwagon way too late. Only 20% to charity, seriously, I can't even specify how much goes to charity?
Until someone does something new the buy rates of these bundles will only continue to fall. At this point every indie developer already knows the Humble Bundle is the bundle they want to be affiliated with.

Why are so many people who have no vested interest in the bundle either way talking about how it will 'fail'?
Also how do you fail when you are selling digital copies. Even if they only sell 1000 bundles that's still more money than they would have had had they not sold any. There really isn't that much overhead for digital distribution, especially when people are downloading the games via steam.

I'd break some lines. I've found the address in the ToS and what strikes me is where it's written and that it's a Texan address when the ToS states "Governing Law; Arbitration. The Service is controlled and operated by IndieFaceKick.com from its offices in the United States. These Terms shall be governed by U.S. Federal law and the laws of the State of California, U.S.A.".

To be fair, there's not many ways to make a ToS. Every sentence must be carefully crafted and in fact many websites offer pre-written ToS. What strikes me though is the "Once you make a purchase, you should receive a unique game download page. You shall not, directly or indirectly, disclose the unique URL for your download page to anyone else or use anyone else's download page." part. That's a unique thing to see in a ToS.

On their twitter feed, they said they have trouble sending to some domains. (Especially .ca and .de) andare asking people who are not receiving their keys to send them an email from an hotmail or gmail account with a copy of your original email so they can send your keys now instead of waiting until they have fixed the mailing issues.

okay, these guys are even more unprofessional than first BeMine bundle was. I bought this bundle like 30 mins ago when there were still "PRE-ORDER" button on page (it's still there!) and I didn't received keys. So I e-mailed them and they told me that I will receive my keys tomorrow because it's no longer pre-ordering.

In their steam group chat one of the tech support guys said something about codes being delivered each 5 hours for those who were preordering at the moment. They may have some difficulties, but in no way is it as bad as having to wait a week until your bundle even starts up. The Groupees one, as much as I hate to say it, was actually worse considering their maintenance of the site, but this one seems a bit like the same.
Still, the support is good; I've got my games now that I contacted them with my problem mentioned above. Just be a bit more patient, it's one day after all. Considering how all indie bundles except the humbles and royales (not the initial one though) seem to be disastrous when it comes to maintenance, this one seems alright among the others.

The early sending of keys was for people who pre-ordered the bundle BEFORE today. Bu pre-ordering today you still get the special price but are getting your games at the same time as anyone else. It's a way to reward the early birds.
