Using VPN on Steam is risky, because it can lead to sanctions by Valve (probably mostly if it's used for buying, but you never know). Just to be aware; I've used it for activating myself and nothing happened until now, yet I wouldn't use it for trivial things.
Why do you want it on your wishlist? For finding GAs easier? Unfortunately Steamgifts doesn't provide a custom wishlist. Here you'd have to search manually.
Other sites like barter or IsThereAnyDeal include a custom wishlist.

Its just a quick question. Is there any possibility to add an region restricted game to the wishlist so if you sync with steamgifts it shows up in the wishlist? I tried VPN to add Dead Rising 3 (restricted in Germany) to the wishlist, but because of my account details (billing address) I cant get access to the steam store page. Any solution?
