Star Trek is also great, but was not a reason for me to grab it since I already own it on GOG.

I got new theory. Probably what is going on is there are bunch of orders stuck where the payment has not completed.
When "bundles left" counter goes up I guess what happens is someone's payment has failed and order got rejected or someone cancelled their order.
So maybe if you keep checking you might still be able to get a copy if you try buying at right moment.
I guess once the "Buy now" disappears they are out of copies for good.
