Amazingly, it's already been nearly 3 years now [their last month of semi-reliably decent bundles was in March 2016, after that they quickly started switching over to their current branding of being reliably trashy], since they were able to be considered a respectable bundle site. o.O;
That said, Break Ups is an unusually interesting tidbit, for those who don't mind the style [or dealing with Steam's media player].
It looks like it's freely available to anyone with a Crunchyroll account [or active trial], though.

There are plenty of vids on Steam with cards. Used to be rather silly when you needed to wait 2 hours before drops, but fine now.

Store-information is manually set by developers. Hence you can have games without cards or achievs boasting them or vice-versa.
Why Valve doesn't just automate the damn system (their love-bird after all) and just have the tag dependant on cards and achievements without even needing developers to set it manually... well, that would be anyone's guess.

that's confusing, not a game dev myself but i think indie dev would "LOVE" to show their game had cards. especially now

Most probably forget to update their storepage after adding the cards some time after release.
I mean, it's not really logical to assume you need to manually add it in the first place.
