First giveaway.

Hi people! :) I have problem. I have created Nuclear Dawn giveaway: (http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/NEQEG/nuclear-dawn)
1 month ago,and problem is that winner didn`t accepted gift nor he wasn´t online on steam for very long time.I have sent gift to him via e-mail and even tried to add him as friend to give him a gift(to trade him),but as I have said,he wasn´t online for very long time,so he didn´t accepted my friend request.I have created urgent support ticket next week when giveaway was over, but I didn´t received answer even today,so what should I do? Gift is still visible in my inventory.

One week grace period for both parties. If he doesn't accept it by email in a week move on and contact a mod to have a new winner picked.

Hmmm that's a tough one if i was you i would still wait a bit and if nothing maybe gift the game to a mate or something. only down fall is if he comes online one day and the code dosnt work then you will get bad feedback so its your call (:

just contact an admin for reroll.
thing is, it wold probably tale 2 months to get admin to contact you :(

Yes 1 month :( How to reclaim the gift?(sorry for being such a noob).I will try contact admins for re-roll but it will certanly take much time when they respond...

Go to your inventory, select the gift and press "reclaim". It's somewhere there.
