Origin dead space 3

so i traded some cards for a dead space 3 code , i was so happy , left it downloading over night , when i come back and i turn on the game BAM! Either Your Account has been disabled or Access to the game has been disabled , contacted ea , they dont give a fuck and told me to talk to humble bundle , so i did and they told me i needed the guys credencials , now the guy doesnt add me .. lucky me!
