If you mean muscle cramps, then take magnesium and the cramps are gone after a few days or few weeks, depends on how high your magnesium need is.
It helps against the restless leg syndrom too.
I found both out because of a new gf, after my docs couldn't help me for years with it....

I know about magnesium and now I eat healthier so I don't need to supplement it.
My problem was too much stress in my job combined with too much coffee in that job but since I changed jobs 1 coffee a day is enough and there is much less stress so no cramps for me :)
