so offer to buy it, post an add on that fiver website($5 for each purchase, so if they buy both fo3 and nv its $10 for example, if they want extra copies they're extra purchases) and keep the change.

it seems like only RU, CIS countries got that restriction. Strange because i bought skyrim at this site when it was on sale and activate without problems.

Ah crap, been wanting NV UE for a long time, and this is just the perfect price range for me. Don't feel too comfortable with the region restriction though, what if they decide to remove the keys from anyone who redeemed outside of Nordic countries?

I just get a popup in Finnish when I try and add the game to the basket. Something about my IP address, can't tell specifically though. UK here.

Only nordic IPs are accepted, they detect yours is coming from the UK and thus they block your purchase.

All of the Fallout games are redeemable on steam - unless you are in one of the countries other people have listed below in which case you cannot get the key to work...

I would say so. Belgium is not exactly a CIS country. Usually we en Western Europe are not that muh affected from region restrictions. And people from the UK here already confirmed the key's work for them.
