What's up with SteamGifts?

SteamGifts is so slow now. On a site http://redirectcheck.com/index.php (or http://www.redirect-checker.org/index.php), I find SG has so many redirections, why? Is it the reason it becomes so slow?
My contributor level suddenly raise from 2.06 to 2.9 but there is no announcement about rule change.

Ok, now that there is an actual question, I'm going to give you a serious answer:
1.- I have no idea.
2.- Deponia is worth $100 now, because of a bug. You will get your level back to 2.06 soon, when cg fixes it.

regarding #2:

Will also presumably go back to where it should be when the sale on the Daedalic Armageddon Bundle ends. These bugs with the points on certain games have been happening a lot though.

Im no expert in coding or making websites, but I could think of that steamgifts is hosted on multiple servers and maybe your page just lists them all.
