Outstanding gifts not sent is definitely not a major issue with PB. Vast majority of the time it's people not seeing it in their email.

If you're not part of that group then if you make a post in the support section of the forum then your problem will usually be solved pretty quickly. The email gets overloaded with people asking generic FAQ kind of questions (i.e. how do i get points??) or begging to get unbanned and there is only one person that can read them.

Steamgifts became a forum mostly. The win chance is so small I haven't bothered entering giveaways for half a year now. I come here for the forums, and when I want to win, I go to gameminer. http://gameminer.net/profile/Posedatull <---- 7.000 entered, 94 won, many of them being cool and new games, totally worth it. I'd rather make a giveaway there and gain some gold to enter golden giveaways rather than make a giveaway here and next week to see it listed as bundled. I prefer gameminer's idea of leveling and the way you gain coal rather than shteamgifts's contributor value. Old users gained a ton of cv from bundles and 90% offs and now remained with that cv, but the new ones all the stuff we try to make ga becomes bundle game

I have never heard of Cadeuxsteam.

I also had a chuckle at the: "We demand not a perfect French but at least the effort to do so, as the French users do on other English websites." bit.

There's a reason for that - English is the international common language, including the internet. French is not. Nearly everyone globally has to learn English in school. There are lots of websites ofc that cater only to a certain region or language, but the way they present it there is silly.

I wondered just how many people enter competitions just so they can win something to bumpf up their gamecount with no intention of actually playing them. Guess there's a few.

I seem to have more consistent success on Galagiveaways, but I get tired of flipping through pages of games I either own or don't want.
