A Row copy is 2 keys at best if I remember right. Would have to double check but don't expect to get a whole lot for a SEA locked game, sorry.

It was in a Humblebundle monthly bundle - it's share was 2$ I think, and was ROW. If a ROW key goes for about a key, you also couldn't really ask for more for a locked one :\

You can get GOTCE edition for about 3 USD now in Philippines (checked on steamprices). More realistic scenario is trading it for bundle leftovers.
