I see 75% too.
With the Witcher III pre-order the base discount is 10%, but an extra 5% discount is awarded for each of the two other Witcher games if they exist in your library for a max discount of 20%. Maybe there's similar thing going on, and you have some related games that are giving you an added discount.

Thanks that explains it, got (all I think?) previous titles from bundles so that explains why there is no mention of it on either the forum nor their sale update page, it's odd that it's stackable with the current sale though, seems like they forgot about it.

Thanks for that, I was aware of the regionlock yet was planning to grab it from one of the russians that knows the trick to get WW copies when purchasing region locked games from Russia not knowing it's trade locked as well.

I saw the info about MoWAS 2 being on -75% sale but on the main store screen it said it's -85%. I bought 2 copies for 4,49€ each (-85%).
My guess is that you get additional -10% off for owning previous title or something.

As you might have noticed, it's 75% off atm, odd thing is that when logged in it shows 85% in ANY region for me, yet when logged out it's only 75% off, does anyone have a clue if this is normal and that i'm missing something or is it really just a pricing bug?
On a side note, if anyone from RU happens to read this i'd love to know if they're seeing the same thing.
-edit- It's most likely the 10% discount for owners of the previous games that's being stacked with the sales price
