Because I didn't want to risk such from my giveaways after seeing topics about stuff like this, I only do it over chat. I'll even remind them if they haven't done it 10 minutes after getting the code. Bit jerkish, but I'm not going to wait for them to remember.

I would not email keys any more and would actually add the user on steam. It was sort of a mistake for me to email the user. I've tried to add the winner but would never even bother to accept my invite but I was still able to get to talk to him.

So over a week ago I created some Crusader Kings II DLC giveaways and I'm still waiting on one person to give me the "received" feedback...
I sent him/her the code via e-mail minutes after the giveaway closed, re-sent it a few days ago and even tried to friend them on Steam (they haven't responded although they have been on multiple times).
So a quick few questions:
1) What do you all think I should do (because I have sent a key code).
2) Also and more the point of this thread: Has this ever happened to you? I'm wondering if this is a common occurrence.
Thanks
