If you are buying directly from steam you don't get a key. You need to add people and send them as a gift.

If you mean, you have the game activated on your own Steam account and are trying to get the key out so you can give them away, you can't. You can't give away used games. They need to be bought unused to be given away on here.

If you mean how to change or remove the key from a giveaway you created, you do that from the giveaways created page.

I can only assume you mean CD Key for a game your got from Steam, only god knows how did I come to this conclusion.
When you launch the game key should pop-up on the side, if you have Steam overlay turned on. You can also check it in Steam Client, select the game and CD Key button will be on the right side among stuff as News, Community, etc.

well you can't get steam product key even if you try to buy it as a gift, you can only send the gift to someone who is already added in your friends list. Usually people buy steam keys from other websites like Humble from what I can tell to do giveaways or some keys are given by the game developers. As far as I know that's the only way to get steam keys.
