After pressing the order button you get this message: "Der Download ist nicht länger erhältlich"
The same also after registration! So i think they have removed the offer!

Yea I brought this after some dude said that using credit card negated the need to age verify yourself at a post office in germany, but after you buy it and it goes through the security wait period it leaves you with a note saying that your download will become available after you take the print out to a post office with ID to unlock the code.. And that dude deleted his comment from the reddit post soon after.
