The audiophile-thing made me laugh. I never would've guessed you're not one ;)
But seriously though, comfort comes with a price. In that price range (and a little above, upward to around 50 bucks) there's three standard sizes for the tips: S, M, L. They all have pretty much the same amount of comfort and isolation, although they slightly differ.
For that amount of money, you could go and buy virtually anything. I would've recommended a pair of Awei ES-Q3, these would go for 1,9€ on eBay and actually sound okay-ish for their price (better than others, still awful, terrible, horribly agonizing sound) - as they now go for 9€ and you're looking for something on amazon, it's hard to reccomend them.
That said and not knowing what they cost in the UK, I'd reccommend the Ultimate Ears 200. Last time I checked they were the most decent pair that little money could buy.

I've got a £5 Amazon voucher to use, and I think I'm going to grab a cheap pair of earbuds. I have a good pair of over ear ones for listening to music usually at home, but would like a pair for when I occasionally walk into town.
Preferably for £5, as I don't have much money otherwise, but I can go a bit over.
Just something comfortable, not much of an audiophile.
Got any recommendations or good brands?
I've had Sennheiser headphones in the past which have been great. Thanks for your help, everyone.
