As hectorevil mentioned, can we get a page up for the new Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality (https://itch.io/b/520/bundle-for-racial-justice-and-equality)? It has 742 items, from 540 creators, with a value of $3,452 and a starting purchase price for all of it that's only $5!
Highlights include: Night in the Woods; Oxenfree; A Short Hike; Minit; Tonight We Riot; Heavy Bullets; Super Hexagon; A Mortician's Tale; Glittermitten Grove; Mable & the Wood; Super Win the Game; and 100s of other games (and a few dev assets, too).
It's also raising money for a really important cause, with all proceeds being donated to the Community Bail Fund and the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund (split 50/50). They've already raised $500,000 and this deserves to get more attention.

this is no way affects who is granted bail, but who is able to afford it. by refusing to donate for this reason, you're saying that you're okay with someone being able to get out for no other reason than being rich, while someone with the exact same risk profile is not able to simply because they are poor.

Keep a cool head and just look at the numbers.
You pay the minimum five dollars and you think you pay for a few people? Man - first of all, Community Bail Fund only gets half of your donation. $2.5. Duval County Jacksonville ( Florida) lists starting bails at $750, and them even raising them later up to $5k. (This is the only info I could find first, but bails are multiple hundreds to start with in general, not cents)
If your concern is legit that you may end up helping many people escape justice - you don't. Bail is just a temporary release, and your donation is just a drop in one person's bail. Also bail is not allowed in all cases of violations, so you're not making something impossible possible by donating, like making a mass murderer free.

I call it " I pay 5+ dollars for the bundle because I want the games", as long as the money doesn't go to some place that I loathe. I pay money, I get games. Someone can go home to their family before their trial? Cool. Someone will get brought in again and lose the bail? I don't care, I have my games. Others may call it differently though, I don't know because despite what you think, I'm not in a hivemind ;)

I don't know why you still try to convince me that I don't like any games in the bundle, and bought it hours before it was posted on SG only to show off. YOU try to put words in my mouth while at the same time trying to act like the poor victim who's being forced, while stirring shit and making up new and new reason for whatever. FYI it has Oxenfree, Night in the Woods, OneShot,Tonight We Riot, Short Hike, Changeling, Minit, Catlateral Damage, MidBoss, Gladiabots, Beglitched, Shipwreck, Dreaming Sarah, Cook, Serve, Delicious! 2, Loot Rascals, Death and Taxes, Airships: Conquer the Skies, Bleed and Bleed 2, Quadrilateral Cowboy, The King's Bird, Pendula Swing, and so on, and so on, and these are only the games I know about and know they are good. Dozens of games that worth well around $100 I was interested in or owned, but this way I can share easier with my family. what a shame
