120 FPS =/= 60 Hz

Hello.
While playing Lord of The Rings: War in the North i have little lags (while having 100 fps). Game is using Vsync which caps at 120 fps limit , but my monitor is 60 Hz . Can I change Vsync from 120 to 60 fps? I found only solution for AMD but not Nvidia
