There is no way to obtain Insurgency for free. Even if it was from Humble Bundle you'd still need to buy a bundle containing the game, thus you are begging to get a key someone paid for.

I think more likely it happened to seem like begging because of the way you wrote it. Also, the '3 extra copies of Insurgency for your friends' from that humble bundle a while back had limited activation and all of them expired months ago.
