Usually wishes for games are new AAAs, though mostly everyone has a backlog nowadays and most games' prices go down fast (exceptions: multi-player). While you have one lucky winner for a $50 dollar game, you could have five or more lucky winners when giving away discounted older AAA games or indie gems.
But that's only my humble optinion - your GA, your rules.

As people have already said there's the community wishlist.
I'd personally recommend to try and have a somewhat varied selection, like one FPS, one RPG, etc.
Regarding games you can't go wrong with PUBG, it's a quarter (or third) of your budget tho, so maybe you should skip it because of price alone?

Hi everyone, so my irl birthday just passed a few days ago (2nd September) and I wanted to share the joy with everyone! I have decided to give away games that you guys want. So how it will work is that everyone can say which games they want and after a week on 11 September, I'll be making another post with a train in it. [The giveaway will be for lvl 3+]
My budget currently is $100. So, everyone can suggest what game they want as long as it is within the budget. There can be as many games as possible as long as it's within $100. ^^
Games that I buy from the steam store will be region-locked so try to suggest games that I can get at other websites like humble bundle, bundle stars and etc.
[I hope that this is a good idea? First time doing this kind of giveaways :3]
