>not linking Mahmoud Awad
I'll just have this last.fm blurb speak for itself:
"Mahmoud Awad is an Arabic electropop artist from the future who has come to destroy the senses and ensnare the souls of those not worthy of his greatness. He came from planet Zordon where the Islam religion has reigned supreme for over 9000 millenniums. He brought with him the sounds of his native planet, both in nudity and aurality. Perhaps we will someday find out how this artist was able to send his album back in time. This album must be treated with great respect, because it is the first that has been sent back in time to us"
I feel like am living in 28/03/2022 xD weird feeling
I wanna say a lot of things yet I am really speechless
Thanks for the tunes & giveaways 💙💛 Much appreciated.
I'll be sure to check them out. :)
I'd be glad, thank you <3
Not Arabic but this is my favorite Bulgarian song.
Ogi 23 ft Yoko & Feel Да сме там / Da sme tam
Oh what a nice song and for some reasons it gave me same vibes as:
Naruto Shippuden Opening 1 | Hero's Come Back!!
T R A S H is cool!
Here's one that I like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9X7o8fG2Ozc
t r a s h by cheb is made only by him
also I like this song full of Triumph
My brother-in-law is Tunisian, he introduced me to Balti, more specifically Ena. Such a good song, and a really fun music video to match.
Balti - Ya Lili feat. Hamouda
I only know this one though I don't like it much but this one you sent seems good thanks

I do appreciate some more music to listen to, thanks for that.
I am glad !!
sounds interesting, added to WL (watch later)
hahahahah you got me xD
Thanks for all the tunes. I enjoyed T R A S H.
I'll add one arabic artist that comes to my mind. I guess it won't be very original, since he is widely appreciated all over the world & did contribute with many well known artists.
This is one of the more recent recordings by Omar Souleyman, which are IMO a little easier to listen too. Produced by Four Tet 💛
Omar Souleyman - Bahdeni Nami (prod. by Four Tet) 💛
And here is a wilder, rougher early Omar. Crazy :D
Omar Souleyman · Lansob Sherek ⚡
This one popped up in my queue a long time ago, I listen to it once in a while G.G.A - خلوني ft.NORDO
I'll check these out.
I became a fan of Nancy Ajram in 2005, when I went to see Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith in Dubai. They were playing a Coca Cola commercial based on "Oul Tani Keda". (Not the greatest quality video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JJQUKi9zr_Q )
I'm always game for a nice qawwali of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.
thank me later lol if you want to vibe ;)

Al Massrieen - Mafatshi Leh
a funk song from the 70s
I'm always on the hunt for new music from around the worl. The arabic world definitely has a lot of interesting sounds!
I enjoyed the ones you linked in your post, though not enough to add them to my own playlist, but it's definitely a vibe.
I really like the metal band Myrath, from Tunisia. They sing both in arabic and english and have very majestic instrumentals in my opinion.
Actually not bad songs <3
