Interesting, thanks for sharing HNIC!
Steam client should have a similar feature integrated already.
It would be nice not to need a 3rd party app for cleaning up that files.
Please don't take me wrong, but are you in someway related with the developers?

Yes. But Steam client should do a lot of things, and I don't get the sense Valve gives a rip. I suppose I should just be glad it doesn't randomly log me out (very often anymore)...

Some years ago I read of a same kind of Steam Cleaner on the old Steam forums.

I tried it and got a lot of GB free because of all the same and older versions of Directx, Nvidia drivers, Microsoft stuff and the like.

The thing with that cleaner was that when a game was updated or when there was a verification of the game cache then all the deleted files were downloaded again.

Hm, it looks like the application's creator may not be totally above board. I'll pass on voting yes.

Look through the comments. Whilst the specifics aren't really covered, Andrew, the guy claiming infringement is an established developer

Yea another thing I hate about steam is that they don't delete every file like they should. I typically manually go in every month and delete all the files that they passed over. Always gets me a few gigs back.

From the look of it, it seems like it's stolen code. I will avoid this one.

What's with "Andrew" in the comments on the Greenlight page? He is quite a salt mine.
