Am I the only one who can't find enjoyment in Day-Z? Such horrible mechanics :s
Anyway, there is a high chance you'll find the pack in a flash deal, if not on daily deal. So play the wait game ;)

Yeah, the game is buggy. But it's because it's a mod. I heard that sometime in the future they're gonna make a standalone game of Day Z, which could be cool.

Only thing that bugs me is the desyncing every now and again and way the zombies move. Other then that, awesome mod. Still a military sim though. So if you have a low attention span, don't buy Arma:CO you'll hate it.
