If you don't mind watching anime instead of a movie I HAVE to recommend you "Steins;Gate" TV anime (the anime movie may be a bit confusing), it starts quite slow but somewhere in the early middle of the show you get time travel at its finest, probably one of the best ever time-travelling themed plot I ever had the chance to watch.

I haven't finished Steins;Gate, but I think what's most interesting about it is that it references John Titor. I remember reading about his posts back in 2003.
