I have lots of games but dont have enough time to play them all and i want to craft badges from drop. My question is this program safe?

Downloaded from this site www.steamidlemaster.com. When i open program there is a nike sign that steam is running and other cross sign Idle Master is not connected to Steam (Sign in)
