But having the game on wishlist doesnt mean at all that this person wants that game more than a person that doesnt have it on wishlist
I for example never cared about that feature as its pointless and useless for me but for example Dishonored 2 is a game that I'd definately play because I really liked the first one

It's just a totally subjective but low effort way for me to have a slightly better chance of getting a winner who will actually play the game soon :3
I'm not saying everyone who fails the check would appreciate the game any less than someone who passes the check, it's just that I think it's more likely that someone who passes the check would play the game compared to someone who fails the check. After all, I'm sure Steam's "wishlist" has a different meaning for different people. Actually, I won't be surprised if the winner ends up not playing the game ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Anyway, I'm all ears if you have a simpler way to guarantee everyone who can enter the giveaway would appreciate the game more than everyone who can't, so that I could use that on future giveaways :D

Seriously though i felt my wishlist was too big when i was close to 80 games at the end of 2016 and trimmed it a bit. Do people really want to play all the games in their wishlists? Do you people live in a universe that has more than 24 h a day?
