Sadly, AFAIK, all you can do is wait until the ticket is solved. Oftentimes people complain about tickets speed, and then mods answer that there's not enough of them to solve at the rate they would want to.
If you feel you could help, you could probably ask what the process is for joining them and take down some tickets faster :D

If the ticket never gets resolved, you can always just buy the game on steam since it is fairly cheap and it goes on sale somewhat frequently.

I pushed some buttons, made some calls, and conjured a summon so hopefully the giveaway will be deleted soon (depending on when one of the super or ultra mods awaken from eternal slumber).
In the worst-case scenario, give it a week and I'll just buy the game and gift it to you so that pesky unactivated win goes away

It was requested years ago. It would be up to cg to decide if additional ticket category and adjusting how support work is necessary.
Sadly now this kind of tickets can get stuck in other category if no one sees them early. Other is umbrella for everything really.

Getting the feedback should really be faster. Maybe we need separate category for this so they could reasonably be prioritised high. In my mind even higher than delete giveaway requests.

I'm new to the site, but I already noticed a lot of injustice here. To winner should not suffer because he won the "wrong game" or from the "wrong dealer". Why are zero level accounts allowed to participate in giveaways? Easiest way to deal with bots.

I'm confused, why would winners suffer from winning a "wrong game"? If the key turns out to be for the wrong game, mark it as "not received" if the giveaway creator isn't responding/fixing it? Huh?
Edit: also, because you're new here, fyi a "you must agree to delete this giveaway" statement holds no merit on this site. People may agree to delete GAs, but they are by no means obligated to.

No comments from creator, in the hands I won, I have a dash instead of "key". As far as I understand, this is a gift, but the SteamGift application sees this as an unreceived key

They have 7 days to contact you and send you the gift. If you don't get it by then, you can just mark it as not received.
ONLY mark a GA received, when you really get it, never beforehand
Also, if it's a gift - check your email address (+ its spam folder) that you set up for SG, it's possible they sent the gift there. The 3 other winners already marked it as received.

Nah, that's fine. When you create a giveaway, you can choose gift (no key column added) or key (column added)
I also have a win that was created as a key giveaway, but delivered as a Steam gift. You can write almost anything to the key section :)

Don't click "received" before you actually activated the key or gift to your account and there won't be a problem, if I understand you correctly.

I didn't mind, but I didn't know that this would affect my SG standing. Samwise84 informed me (you can see the comments in the giveaway page) about this and I thank him a lot for this. The gifter isn't around anymore, so no luck contacting him to delete the giveaway. At first I thought it wouldn't matter that much, but proceeded to submit a ticket on 18th of September 2021, anyway.
Almost five months later, no one has answered the ticket. Today, after I formatted my PC and installed ESGST again, I see a large red thumbs down beside my username, probably I used a new setting in ESGST that I didn't use earlier.
What can I do to solve this thing? It's not that I have anything to do with it, but it's really affecting my rep in SG, it can even get me banned.
