I picked up the whole pack for $10.... figure shadow warrior alone is worth that, and add in outcast, unepic and contraption maker and its a pretty damned nice bundle.

Pixel Piracy was removed from this bundle. I have no idea why it happened and can't seem to find any clues about it. It is completely missing from the bundle page like there was no Pixel Piracy present in this bundle.

Probably because all Pixel Piracy keys from that bundle have been deactivated by the publisher. See the note here: https://barter.vg/notices/372

Given that Humble did the same thing with Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter from whichever bundles I suspect that's their standard practice once they are aware that all of their keys for a certain game are no longer valid and the publisher refuses to replace them.
