A Few Queries Regarding Give Aways

Hey I'm sorry if these have been answered but I read the FAQ multiple times and also the announcement which was pretty much the same.

Does the amount of time a giveaway is available for have any affect on the contribution points?
Does the amount of people who enter have any affect?

What price do games get valued at?(Default Price, Current Price or Lowest Historical Price?)

I'd just like to know if I should avoid giving away games that are on discount at the time and if it matters how long the gift is open for as my work schedule doesn't permit me to host or finalise giveaways during the working week.

no

yes, you need at least 5 people in your giveaway if it is invite only or group for the CV to count

the default price on steam if it is non bundled
