So exactly at 19/7/2015 I got the steam support alert saying that my account may have been accessed by someone else, on the same day i sent a ticket to steam support with account name, original email and proof of ownership, so as the proof i sent them a photo of almost all the cd-keys I acquired online from sites like tremor games and the games I won from SG and SC , all those cd-keys I already activated on my currently locked account so please tell me if Iam missing something and how that steam support passed away on my ticket for 20 days because I can't wait any longer.

Edit: just a mistake in date and people make fun ._. i asked politely for a solution and Iam still waiting for helpful comments .

So you built a time machine and came to the past in order to prevent your account from being hijacked?

I'm sorry, I can't help you with your problem though. Also, it wasn't my intention to make fun of you.

Can't do much other than wait I guess. Patience is key.

I googled the alert many times and most people get their accounts back within a week ,_, so perhaps make a new ticket?

Or instead of making a new ticket, try commenting on it. It helped me out once when it took awhile for anyone to respond (still took a day or 3 after that).
