Question regarding the Humble Playstation Bundle

So, I was toying with the idea of grabbing the playstation bundle, but a good number of the games offered there were given as the Playstation Plus free game at some point.

Playstation doesn't allow you to normally rebuy these games, which means if your PS+ account expires, you lose access to those games. What would happen if I used a code from this bundle for one of those games? Would it decline it and say the game is already in my library? or would it activate it and give me a non-expiring version of the game?
