Can you categorize steam tools

As far as i was aware you couldn't since there is not a option too. However when i looked under tools i found that some already under SDK. however 90% are not and i want the rest categorized :/

edit This would probably be better posted on steam forums but oh well its better over here

Doesn't seem so, just a single "favourites" category. Valve are quite busy atm so it might not be far away.

I don't get why 3 out of my 90 are under the category SDK then :/
