Green Man Gaming offers Bioshock Infinite for $9.99, with coupon code "TAREM-4PLAY-VOUCH" cutting it to $8.

Also being offered are Bioshock Infintie DLC for $2. They are: Clash In the Clouds and Columbia's Finest.

The story and setting is very separate. There are a few small references, but I played them out of order and went back to play 1 and 2 after.

You mean Burial At Sea, right?
So, if I'm not mistaken, Season Pass includes both (the second one is not released yet) Burial At Sea episodes - two story DLCs and a pack of challenges (whatever they are) called Clash in the Clouds. Columbia's Finest is not included and it contains back of guns and stuff.
