What do you do when a winner won't take the gift or give feedback

Flog them

Call his/her mom

Just contact support if he does not mark the gift as received... Also, keep any evidence of his deceit

Your e-mails may be going to his junk folder, happened to me. just wait the 7 days or try to contact him through Steam chat

Try adding him and contacting through Steam chat. I always give keys that way so I know for sure that the person did receive it. (And I can also screencap the chat so I have proof it's been received.)

Have you added him on Steam and asked him? When he still doesn't answer give the key on the forums away (you can't reroll key giveaways).

I always contact the winner on Steam first.

Well I tried adding him to Steam 2 times today and each time he has been on and off. He won't take the friend request.

i place 3 give aways and i give the key after few minuts, but no one left me a feedback as far i can see.

Reroll your giveaway. If he uses the code when you reroll, he's screwed.
