Try adding him and contacting through Steam chat. I always give keys that way so I know for sure that the person did receive it. (And I can also screencap the chat so I have proof it's been received.)

Well I tried adding him to Steam 2 times today and each time he has been on and off. He won't take the friend request.

Reroll your giveaway. If he uses the code when you reroll, he's screwed.

Ok I know this guy who won a gift from me has 7 days. But so far he been online a few times in the pass few days and won't use the key he won. He also won't answer any emails I sent him asking if he gotten the key.
I am worry that this user may try and say I never gave it to him. I can't say I trust users like this guy. Why you may ask, well he one of them users who creates fake giveaways his self and hasn't given anything at all.
If he having an issue with the key then he should contact me. But again, he hasn't made any effort to do so.
So if after 7 days, if he doesn't claim it or gives me bad feedback, what can I do ?. Would I just show proof of the email with the key from my sent box to a site admin ?
Thanks
