I don't think that is allowed. You are either going to have to get another valid copy somehow or just take the not received feedback. You could be extra nice and just giveaway another game to the winner as a way to apologize, but you will still get "not received" feedback because the winner will not have the actual game activated on their account.
Sorry you are having troubles with your key and I hope the manufacturers can sort this out

He could offer a key of equal value to the winner and kindly ask the winner if it was ok to delete the giveaway. I've seen others do this when a key inexplicably doesn't work from an old bundle. As long as the winner agrees (and posts so in the comments of the giveaway), support is likely to accept the deletion request.

If you mean the Battlepaths giveaway, just buy a key from one of the resellers. Its cheaper and faster instead of wait many days to discuss with the winner etc. The highest price I found for this game was 40 cents. -.-
ps.: Use the reply button beneath this post instead of creating everytime a new post. If you do the creator get a notification if you use the reply button...vvvv......

It seems like you're talking about your Battlepaths giveaway. In that case I would suggest you just get another key from a trader. That game was given for free (more than once I think) and was bundled multiple times, so it should be easy to get new key for cheap.

I held a giveaway 2 days ago, my way of giving keys is through gift but i noticed there was an error when i tried to send the game and when i checked the game the serial has disappeared/expired. I am still contacting the manufacturer of the game but i was thinking if you could send a different game of the same value( of course unowned by owner) if the manufacturer cant do anything about it??
