I think its already fixed because the price of this DLC has already been changed into 19.99 PLN from 0.00 PLN

Getting the DLC for 0 zł was the intended use of the promotion. Hoarding 12 copies and submitting them to SteamGifts in order to boost one's contribution amount by $120, on the other hand, is definitely not. That, and not you yourself getting it, is what SG refers to as an exploit.

I did. Google was not feeling particularly helpful. Probably had something to do with the exploit being on a Polish site, and me looking for results in English.
