Been happening for a few days that I noticed. Parts of steam community go down while others keep working. No idea how precisely since for one of the examples I have is me going down and a cousin in the same city as me not doing so.
Still from looking at steamstats seems this one is far more widespread.

Impossible to dl anything on steam here actually, even a 50mb game, restarting computer, reinstalling steam or changing dl region.
Anyone else has the same problem actually please ?
