FO:NV Controls

Is there a way to mod the FO:NV controls to use Esc as a generic "Exit this screen" unless you're already out of all menus? I know you can get Skyrim to behave this way, at least via mods. Better yet, a mod like the one for Skyrim that simply lets you remap literally everything...

Also, does anyone know the syntax for manually setting numpad /, numpad 0, and numpad - for menus? I'm familiar with FOMM and using it to extract the files to edit, just not the precise way to set those keys.

Their site wasn't loading too well for me earlier so figured I'd ask here and come back to things there if need be. Figured with the sheer amount of giveaways for the game someone here might have the same issue and know a solution.

Typing "cam" in the console (~) closes all menus, but I suppose simply hitting escape would be more convenient.
