No not really there are bots that will take keys up in seconds flat which is why if you post a key here (like others have said) replace a letter with a "?" and the write ?=(What you replaced) so bots can't take it

Pretty much what FlaredAverage said.

I have seen keys taken literally within 3 seconds of being posted, faster than any human realistically could without having the luck of the Irish on screen refreshes along with Steam already opened and ready to input it and still only giving them about 3 seconds to copy, paste and activate.

Having that perfect storm every so often, I can see, but it happens with way too much consistency here unless you do something to obscure it from a bot.
