It should, and usually does, but there are rare exceptions both on Gamersgate and elsewhere.

Basically what the subject line says, but with a slight clarification.
I realize that only Special Forces: Team X is listed as Steamworks. However, occasionally games activate on Steam that are not listed as Steamworks. Does anyone know of any Atari games that activate on Steam as keys?
