Feedback not received, what to do ?

First of all sorry if I can't post it there or even if my English is bad.

The winner of one of my GAs didn't gave me the feedback, although I've sent him the key via email and even tried, without any success, to add him on Steam. What's odd is that he's been active on SG like 11hrs ago when my GA ended 3 days ago.
What should I do now ?

they have a 7 days to mark as received, just wait
