I would like to help you with ideas (I myself have story for manga I want to make I my head Its sad that I don't have time because work and other stuff ) , but If you don't give general premise of the story its hard to make other Ideas , but I will try .
- My idea for manga Is crossover of fantasy and modern world so I will give you one of my own Ideas . How about modern weapons combined with magic items? I assume your story is pure fantasy ? If so use crossbows , ballista etc. E.g. Crossbow with attached magic stone to make arrows enchanted, cursed or similar.
2.How about elves archer squad that uses something like Invisibility cloak but not as effective as in HP because that would be OP, something semi see through.
3.This is totally random idea I just thought of but I imagined squadron of valkyries riding dragons....................... It looked cool in my head.

A Dragon who needs to destroy everything to meat and ashes to feed for an entire week, then he dissapears to sleep it off for 3 weeks.
He changes lairs each time and knights of multiple kingdoms have searched for him in hopes of killing him in his slumber, however no one has been able to find him...
TWIST: It might turn out that he's not sleeping during those 3 weeks... maybe he's not even a Dragon all the time

Speaking of necromancer i had an idea for a DnD character a necromancer orc that is super good and only does necromancy to be able to protect his village that is constantly under attack and goes on a journey to find a permanent protection for it. Or maybe he failed and his village was destroyed, i didn't come up with proper story for him since i realised it would be tough to make a necromancer in DnD
EDIT: Oh i just saw something on the tv that gave me an idea, in any part of the story put a stork riding a horse while standing on one leg, that should be fun.
That should be enough to make a bestseller.
