Create a shortcut of steam. Go to properties and add -nochatui -nofriendsui at target.

The new chat thingy? Right-click on steam.exe > click properties > click the shortcut tab under properties > in "target" it should read something like, "C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" Add a space at the end followed by "-nochatui -nofriendsui". Click save.

It should become:

"C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -nochatui -nofriendsui

So, it was clickbait to get views?
