Dude you better check your pc and ask on some forum with the link you clicked, I clicked on such link like 2 years ago and got a file installed without me noticing. Luckily many people clicked on it and there were instructions on how to remove it. It took over your steam account and sent those links to your friends. It spread like a real virus.

One guy lvl2 account with only free games added me too, and he is writing to me sometimes that he has only screen of his inventory and I should check it if I want to trade... I'm writting sometimes with him that I want to trade (but I'm not opening link) and he always sends me it :D

i get these fairly frequently (~1 every 2 weeks maybe).
they usually claim its a screenshot of an item they need, link actually downloads a .scr file (screensaver file, which is basically just a .exe with another name) with an icon that looks like a CSGO knife.
no clue what happens if you actually open it, but it can't be good...
