Who is the nicest member on Steamgifts + vote for giveaway! poll is fixed!

I want to know who is the nicest member on SG in your opinion! It could be based on anything: his/her attitude in the forum, when giving the winner the prize, or when win a giveaway.

Also, I just found out that I got accepted to the University of my choice (I am going to transfer from a college to a Uni so I'm going to be a Junior next year!). As a celebration, I want to do a giveaway but I kinda wasted a lot of money recently for celebrations with friends (boozes aint cheap these days....). So it's gonna be either Rage or Quake 4 or Doom 3 or Bishock 1 and 2 (both games at the same time!)
