I really want to play it, but I doubt it will be a good game. I hope they'll prove me wrong. It doesn't matter if they postpone it once or twice, because they're trying to fix the bugs probably. But it matters if they postpone it 10 times or something, like they were doing with GTA V and other games. -_-

I don't really have high hopes for this San Andreas/Saint's Row like premise, plus I fear it will suffer from the usual DLCisitis, so I guess it's a "meh" from me. I'll most likely play it, but considering I managed to wait to play Mafia 2 only last year and still didn't feel I lost too many things from my life waiting that long, probably Mafia 3 can wait as well.

We'll see. So far the first game was great and unique, the second a standard enjoyable GTA IV clone that wasn't even near the original, but mostly lacked large issues. So it is either a declining trend in quality or Mafia will be like Windows releases: one great, one crap, one great…
I hope for the latter. I honestly can't recall the last actually good Mafia (or white-collar organised crime) related game I met. All crime-related games seem to lack… elegance, for the lack of a better word. They just feel thuggish, brutish, like GTA V.

Why surprised? Ever since India got its currency and region lock, it is competing with Russia for the cheapest region title. When you got it, IIRC, India was the cheapest new region until the ruble went into a freefall.
