Since I have bad memory, and I'm lazy, I'm looking for a way to mark giveaways other than steam wishlist or sg blacklist.

mark?
Just try making a giveaway to see the options.
I don't understand what you want to do. If you mean a script for tags, there's 3 just search for "script" and see which one you want.

I'm not precise enough. I meant making giveaways stand out in some way like the scrips that adds tags to your wishlisted or hidden etc. games. Hope that makes it more understandable

Edit: Indeed something like a script for tags but I want to be able to decide which games to tag

There's at least 3 that include some functionality.
SG Game Tags
SGTags
SG Enhanced/ Extended I think

But do look for them and read what they do.

Response to the edit:
I'm not aware of anything that allows manual tagging of games, it seems a bit untenable considering the size of the pool.
What would you need it for?
Either you'd want a game and leave it or you don't and hide it. If it's about information, those scripts show you how the game is tagged on Steam.

Yeah, I'm using SG Game Tags and it's awesome for what it does but from what I've been able to figure out it lacks the ability to add your own tag. I'll have to check out the others you mentioned

It's possible to do pretty much the same script people use for tagging users, but I don't really see the usability and it'd be a lot of work for you to even use it.
Sorry.

I'm just asking if there's anything out there that would do what I'm asking. I'm not expecting anyone to actually make a script just for me :)

ESSGST (formerly rhSGST / formerly revilheart script) has manual tagging you could utilize for that also, as well as a couple of the other "overhaul" scripts from the add on registry.

Sweet, I'll check it out and hope it doesn't conflict with anything else I'm running. Thank you

most likely if it does conflict with something, it's because it has it's own version of that feature it's conflicting with.. if not report it to the github inside that thread and it will likely be fixed. ^^

This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you again.

(Although it seems to have quite a bit more features than I actually need.)

Just hide uninteresting games until your main page looks like this. :3

That's the thing, there are almost no uninteresting games for me and I like to see what people are giving away.

People give away mostly bundled trash (aka shovelware) from sites like IndieGala, Bundlestars, etc.
I'd recommend doing what talgaby (and many others including myself) have done.
Click through to Steam, and really watch gameplay videos, read reviews, then hide the game or wishlist it.
